Accountant Pages (accountantpages.com.au) is operated by The Trustee for Blomley Family Trust (ABN 92 894 551 478) ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to everyone who uses our website, and to businesses that subscribe to a paid listing plan. By using the website or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
Accountant Pages is an online directory that helps people find accounting, tax and bookkeeping businesses in their local area. We are not an accounting firm and we do not provide accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. We do not recommend or endorse any particular business, and any arrangement you make with a listed business is between you and that business.
Business listings are compiled from publicly available sources, such as Google Business Profiles and businesses' own websites, and from information businesses give us. While we work to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that every detail (including contact details, opening hours, services, ratings, reviews or awards) is complete, current or error-free. Please confirm important details directly with the business.
Ratings and reviews shown on listings come from third-party platforms such as Google and reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not our opinions.
You may use the website for your personal use and to find and contact businesses. You must not:
Free listings. We may list businesses free of charge using publicly available information. Being listed does not mean a business has subscribed to a plan or endorsed Accountant Pages.
Updates and removal. If you represent a listed business, you can ask us to update, correct or remove your listing at any time using our Update your Listing page or by contacting us. We will act on reasonable requests promptly. We may ask you to verify that you are authorised to act for the business.
Content you provide. If you give us content for your listing (such as your logo, photos, descriptions or awards), you confirm that you have the right to use it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, adapt and display it on the website and in promoting Accountant Pages while you are listed. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Our discretion. We decide how listings are presented, ranked and grouped on the website, subject to the features of any paid plan you have subscribed to. We may decline, edit or remove listings or content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or that breaches these terms.
Plans and features. Businesses can subscribe to a paid plan (currently Standard, Featured or Premium). The features and price of each plan are as described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, by card, through our third-party payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (through our payment provider) to charge your nominated card each month.
Setting up your listing. After you subscribe, we will ask you to confirm some details about your business. We aim to publish or update your listing within 2 business days of receiving those details.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at hello@accountantpages.com.au, using any cancellation link we provide, or contacting us through our Contact page. There is no lock-in contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period, and your plan's features continue until then. After that, your business may continue to appear as a free listing unless you ask us to remove it.
Refunds. Except where required by law (see section 9) or as set out in section 6, fees already paid are not refundable, including for part-months.
Failed payments. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, we may downgrade your listing to a free listing.
Changes to prices or plans. We may change our prices or plan features. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
The Premium plan is limited to one business per suburb page on Accountant Pages. A Premium subscriber's listing is shown in the first position on the suburb page that covers its location, for as long as the Premium subscription remains active and paid.
A listing, and any paid plan, increases your business's visibility on Accountant Pages. However, we do not guarantee any particular number of website visitors, profile views, enquiries, new clients or revenue, or any ranking in Google or other search engines. Statistics we publish about the market (for example, estimated search volumes) describe the overall market and are not a promise of traffic to the website or to your listing.
The website's design, text, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except as allowed by law. Business names, logos and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may suspend or remove a listing, or end a paid subscription, if a business breaches these terms, provides misleading information, does not pay, or if we stop operating the website or a part of it. If we end a paid subscription for a reason other than your breach, we will refund any fees paid for the period after it ends.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will notify them by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
